Refund policy

All sales final.

Your Hobbies Customized LLC will only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at yourhobbiescustomizedllc@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

In extenuating circumstances a refund will be issued. Your Hobbies Customized reserves the right to determine what qualifies. A restocking/processing fee of 15% will be assessed in the event of a refund. We are unable to generate return labels for customers not in the United States and the cost of return will be the customers responsibility.
