OSR2 by TempestMAx
Meet the OSR2. Tempest designed it to be super-simple to build with only 6 3D printed parts and standard size servos. He built it around a 100mm VESA mount, making it much easier to secure wherever you want to use it. No third axis, but it can do up-down and left-right roll.
